Ted’s Tally, July 24, 2008
Beginning with this survey, we have narrowed the count to one of four possible outcomes for each state: Blue, Red, Tossup-Blue and Tossup-Red.
In this survey, we see the Democratic candidate, Sen. Barack Obama leading the Republican, Sen. John McCain, 207-183 electoral votes, without the toss-ups counted.
With the toss-ups, Obama leads 273-265, which is no change from last week, giving Obama +3 votes needed for victory.
Since the previous survey, however, Florida has shifting to the toss-up Red category.
