Polls:  Today’s average of 49.4-44.2 shows a continued and consistent Obama lead with 15 days to go.
Virginia, there really, really, really needs to be a Santa Claus.  While a recent poll in Ohio puts John McCain ahead ever-so-slightly, as does one for Florida, it is very hard to see how McCain is elected with Virginia.  [...]

October 20, 2008 - Barack Obama continues to lead John McCain.  Today’s average, 49.4 to 44.2 shows an Obama lead only slightly below his 7-day average.  Obama has lead with between 49 and 50 percent consistently for the past 24 days.
